Once your order has been placed an order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. This confirmation will include your order number, required for any future order modifications or inquiries.
ORDER MODIFICATIONS OR CANCELLATIONS
If in the case there is an error in your order confirmation, such as incorrect shipping address or size; or you'd like to cancel your order, just send us an email at email@example.com and we'll be happy to adjust for you.
To request a return for an exchange or refund, please contact Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org for instructions.
We accept returns of domestic orders within 30 days of the date the order was shipped.
Domestic returns will be subject to a $5 return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund. Outbound shipping fees from the original order are not refundable.
Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. Please include the original order packing slip in your return package.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed back to your original form of payment.
SHIPPING & TRACKING
Kindly note that all orders automatically come with a tracking number and will be provided as soon your order has been processed and ready to ship.
Once your order is placed we ask for 1-3 business days to ensure order fulfillment. In the exception that we are unable to fulfill in this period, we will be in touch.
CHECKING YOUR ORDER STATUS
When you place your order, your order confirmation email should provide you a link to allow you to continually check your order status. Each time progress is made to your order, including fulfillment and shipping, you will receive an email updating you.
